Training Work Permit

The training work permit is for unskilled / semi-skilled foreign trainees undergoing training in Singapore for up to 6 months and no extension is allowed.

Training Work Permit Requirements

The minimum requirements for Training Work Permit consist of the following:

• Trainees cannot be in Singapore at the time of application
• A security bond must be executed by employer
• Paid monthly salary of no more than 2,500SGD

Timeline

Ministry of Manpower (MOM) process Training Work Permit application within one to seven working days.

Service Fee

500 SGD without security bond and 800 SGD with security bond
